The Office Finale Party

I want to apologize for not posting the last few days. I was actually in Scranton, Pennsylvania attending The Office wrap party. Each day, I will share a picture from the events that included a parade, street dance, and Q and A with the cast and crew. As someone who is a true television fan, this was a dream come true.

This is a picture of the "Scranton Welcomes You Sign" that is show in the opening credits. John Krasinski filmed the opening footage on his way to Los Angeles from New York to start work on the pilot for the show. When The Office became popular, the city moved the sign to the Steamtown Mall because so many fans were stopping to get their picture taken with it. This was causing traffic backups and accidents. Below is a clip of the opening credits showing the sign in its original spot.
