Casting News

John Krasinski is set to guest-star during the fourth season of Arrested Development. The new season will air on Netflix May 26th, only ten days after The Office wraps up its 9 season run. Other celebs slated to appear on Arrested Development include Conan O'Brien, Kristen Wiig, and Seth Rogen.

Renewal/Cancellation News

Two and a Half Men has been renewed for an 11th season. Stars Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher have both signed 1-year deals while Angus T. Jones has not.

Canceled shows Do No Harm and Zero Hour will air the remainder of their first and only seasons this summer. Catch Do No Harm starting June 29th at 10 PM on NBC and Zero Hour beginning June 15th at 8 PM on ABC.

The CW shows Hart of Dixie and Beauty and the Beast have both been renewed for a 3rd and 2nd season respectively. The Vampire Diaries spinoff The Originals has been picked up for next season.

NBC has ordered 22-episode 2013-2014 seasons for Law and Order: SVU, Grimm, Chicago Fire, Revolution, and Parenthood.

He was a Vampire. She was a Vampire Slayer. That doesn't sound like a very good match, but for Buffy and Angel it worked. The two grow close very early in the shows run. When they finally do the deed, he loses his soul and becomes Angelus. Even thought they knew it was forbidden to seal the deal, they loved each other so much they did it anyway. True love like that put this hot couple at the #8 spot.

Finale Date for "Happy Endings" Announced

The season (or series) finale date for Happy Endings has been announced by ABC. The sitcom will end its third season on May 3rd. There will be two new episodes on April 26th and two more on finale night. Expect to see Mark-Paul Gosselaar return as Max's old roommate Chase, Rob Corddry returns as the Car Czar, and Megan Mullally reprises her role as Penny's mom on the episodes leading up to the finale. Stephanie March (Law and Order: SVU) will guest star as the oldest Kerkovich sister on the season finale that finds Jane planning a wedding for her big sister and Alex and Dave sharing a big secret with the gang.

The best thing about Pawnee, Indiana has to be the relationship between Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt. Before Ben arrived, Parks and Recreation was a good show. When Leslie and Ben started dating it became a great show. The chemistry between the two is what makes this show a success even though it is  on a struggling network. Ben and Leslie recently tied the knot. Hopefully, we get to see more happy things develop for this very funny couple.

NBC Schedule Changes

Eva Longoria asked in the promos if America was, "Ready for Love?" The answer to that question is NO. The new show Ready for Love has been pulled from its Tuesday night time slot. To fill the void, NBC has decided to move Grimm into the 10 PM spot beginning April 30th. The drama will remain there until its finale on May 21st. Grimm originally aired on Friday at 9 PM and will be replaced by Dateline starting April 26th. There has been no indication when the remaining episodes of Ready for Love will air.

A lot of people enjoy Grey's Anatomy. The reason for that may be the love shared between Dr. Derek Shepard and Dr. Meredith Grey. It started out as a drunken one night stand but turned into true love and a marriage via Post-It note. The two eventually did get married and are now starting a family. They truly have it all and can now add a #10 finish on this list.

The season finale of Grey's Anatomy will not feature a disaster type story line like many of the season finales in the past. Hopefully this means no major character will bite the bullet.

Expect to see a lot more of Hallie for the remainder of the season of Chicago Fire. She wants Casey back and is also passionate about a new pursuit in her life.

Kalinda and Cary will draw closer together as the season of The Good Wife wraps up. The producers have said whats happens between the two will leave the viewer craving more.

There will be a death on Revenge. Also, expect Daniel to pop the question to Emily.

More Pilot News

Rainn Wilson may not be on the unemployment line just yet. The Office star has signed on to play a detective on the drama pilot Backstorm for CBS.

Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar have also been nabbed by CBS. The duo will star in the half-hour comedy Crazy Ones produced by David E. Kelley about a father and daughter who run an ad agency.

NBC is currently working on a spin-off to highly-rated and critically acclaimed freshman drama Chicago Fire. The untitled show will center around the Chicago Police Department. Melissa Sagemiller (Law and Order:SVU) and Scott Eastwood (Clint's son) have already been cast.

Andy Samberg could be heading to FOX this fall. The Saturday Night Live alum is starring in a currently untitled cop comedy.

Renewal and Cancellation Updates

The CW has cancelled Cult. The show premiered to tepid ratings and never did find an audience. Only 7 of the 13 filmed episodes were shown. There is no immediate plans to air the final 6.

After the death of star Shain Gandee, MTV has decided to cancel Buckwild. The show had been renewed for a second season earlier this year. A special will air on April 14 with the blessing of Gandee's parents.

Carson Daly's late night show has been renewed for a 13th season. The show has been a platform for many up and coming musical artists. Daly also hosts The Voice which also airs on NBC.

Being Human has been renewed for a 4th season on Syfy. The 13-episode season is scheduled to air in early 2014. The series averages 1.8 million viewers.

TNT has moved up the season premiere date of Franklin and Bash to June 19th. The show was originally scheduled to come back on July 24th. TNT will now have original scripted programming Sunday - Wednesday for a majority of the Summer.

It is time for another The Office clip of the week. Only 6 more weeks until the series finale.

I Have "Happy" News!!!

It looks like Happy Endings may live to see another season. It is almost 100% likely that ABC will cancel the hilarious and hip sitcom, but USA Network has expressed a lot of interest in picking the show up. The cable network is looking to add 30 minute sitcoms to its schedule and thinks the show, which premiered in 2011, would be a great fit. Sony, the show's distributor, is doing whatever it takes to guarantee the Happy Endings makes it to syndication. A show usually must air fours seasons to enter into syndication and Happy Endings is currently in its third season.
