A lot of people enjoy Grey's Anatomy. The reason for that may be the love shared between Dr. Derek Shepard and Dr. Meredith Grey. It started out as a drunken one night stand but turned into true love and a marriage via Post-It note. The two eventually did get married and are now starting a family. They truly have it all and can now add a #10 finish on this list.
