Tim's Top Picks: Tuesday

Here is what is on TV tonight:

8-9 PM

ABC - If you thought you never had to see Kate Gosselin again you would be wrong. She will be switching lives with former Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson on Celebrity Wife Swap.

CBS - A detour turns deadly when two people are taken hostage on NCIS.  Can Gibbs and the team find them before it is too late?

CW - Zoe has been asked to be maid of honor and why can't she find Wade. Find out tonight on Hart of Dixie.

FOX - On a full hour of Raising Hope, Smokey Floyd visits Hope's birthday party and Hilary Duff guest stars as Jimmy's Ex.

NBC - Betty White is up to her antics again with a full hour of Betty White's Off Their Rockers.

BEST BET: NCIS always delivers the drama but I'll take Hilary Duff on Raising Hope.

9-10 PM

ABC - There are 9 remaining contestants on The Taste. They must prepare a dish using any and all parts of an animal. Sounds tasty...

CBS - Sam helps someone search for his missing nephew on NCIS: LA.

CW - On Cult, Skye becomes concerned with hidden messages she finds in the Cult TV Show.

FOX - A pro football player takes an interest in Jess on New Girl, while Mindy rekindles a romance with someone she met at Jewish Summer camp on Mindy Project.

NBC - Ryan asks Simone to move in with him on Go On and the gang plans a baby shower for Bryan and David on The New Normal

BEST BET: Cult looks like it has potential, but it is too early to tell. Stick with the New Girl/Mindy Project combo.

10-11 PM

ABC - Tonight's conclusion of the Season 3 premiere of Body of Proof finds Megan learning why the serial killer is targeting war veterans.

CBS - The series premiere of Golden Boy introduces us to Walter William Clark Jr., the youngest police commissioner in New York City's history.

CW - Local programming

FOX - Local Programming

NBC - Tonight's episode of Smash will find Ronnie dealing with her bossy mother and Jimmy's ego could ruin a big break for himself and Kyle.

BEST BET: Golden Boy could prove worthwhile.
