Number 12 on the list goes back all the way to Prehistoric times. Yes, the best friends in question are Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble. The two are such good friends that they are neighbors, co-workers, bowling partners, and fellow Water Buffaloes. This has to be the longest running friendship in history with the two still alive and kicking in Fruity Pebbles commercials. Here's to a long, friendly life!
