The person in question is Lisa Robin Kelly who portrayed Laurie, the sister to Eric (Topher Grace). She starred in 50 episodes and then was replaced by actress Christina Moore towards the end of the show's run. Kelly, 43, was arrested in Southern California for suspicions of drunk driving. She was released on a $5,000 bond. Kelly was also arrested in November for a domestic disturbance at her home in North Carolina.
