Workplace romances happen a lot on TV. So it made perfect sense for a workplace romance to happen on a show like The Office. Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly were not always together. The show started out with the secretary dating Roy from the warehouse. Luckily, she broke off the engagement. Unfortunately, Jim started dating Karen when he transferred to the Stamford office. Thankfully the two finally made it official and were married in Season 6. The couple had some rough roads in Season 9, but in the end they remained as close as ever. We wouldn't want it any other way.
